About the role
You’ll be creating the content.
You’ll be in customers’ homes.
On installation sites.
In the showroom.
Working alongside our sales consultants.
You’ll tell the story of Haven through photography, video, social media and our website.
You’ll also continue improving our online presence through SEO and website updates while helping maintain one of the strongest brands in the flooring industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all social media
- Film and edit short-form video content
- Photography of completed projects
- Produce Reels and TikTok videos
- Write engaging captions
- Schedule and manage content calendars
- Website updates
- SEO optimisation
- Google Business Profile management
- Email marketing
- Blog writing
- Design promotional material
- Assist with showroom displays and signage
- Monitor Meta and Google campaigns
- Work with suppliers on new product launches
- Help protect and grow the Haven brand
We’d love someone with
- Experience creating engaging content
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro
- WordPress experience
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Understanding of Meta Business Suite
- Google Business Profile experience
- Copywriting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A genuine appreciation for interior design
