Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with architects and developers to define API and integration requirements.
- Analyze data flows, mappings, and system interactions across applications.
- Support solution design, SIT/UAT, and release readiness activities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders in Agile delivery environments.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise applications.
- Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Experience with API specifications, JSON/XML, and integration patterns.
- Ability to read and understand technical designs and architecture diagrams.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and Postman
