New Business Sales Manager – ANZ

We are seeking a New Business Sales Manager to join our ANZ team, focusing on the Education, Healthcare, Aged Care, and Government sectors. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and helping organisations realise value through Ideagen’s SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and engage prospective customers across Education, Healthcare, Aged Care, and Government sectors
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer information within CRM systems




- Collaborate with internal teams to support successful customer acquisition and onboarding
- Monitor market trends and provide customer and industry insights

Qualifications & Skills

We’re looking for candidates who are curious, adaptable, and open to using AI to improve how they work. Ideal candidates will have:

- Strong sales and business development experience in regulated industries such as education, healthcare, aged care, or government
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid working pattern
- Experience using CRM systems for pipeline and forecasting management
