Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Brisbane, QLD. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating leasing activities, conducting property inspections, and managing tenant relationships.

Responsibilities include handling maintenance requests, liaising with trades and suppliers, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

The role also involves monitoring rental arrears, negotiating lease renewals, preparing reports for property owners,



and contributing to the overall efficiency and service quality of the Coronis Group property management team.

Qualifications

- Strong property management skills, including lease administration, tenant liaison, and routine/entry/exit inspections.
- Proficiency in property management software and general digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Solid communication and relationship‑building abilities to work effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
- Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple properties, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant Queensland residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and sound judgment when managing issues, disputes, or urgent maintenance matters.
- Experience in real estate or property management; a current real estate or property management registration/license (or eligibility to obtain) is preferred.
- Ability to work on‑site in Brisbane, QLD, and collaborate within a team‑focused, client‑centric setting.
