We welcome you to join our high performing QLD Logistics & Industrial team at JLL. This role focuses on property analysis and supports the team in providing analytical and administrative assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all data input for the QLD Industrial team
- Create and maintain all property listings
- Assist with collating marketing material
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing reports
- Overall responsibility of top‑quality pitch documents
- Source, collect, and collate sales evidence and prepare detailed sales analyses
- Create relationships with key stakeholders within the industry
Qualifications
- Strong interest in the commercial property industry with a goal to become a sales and leasing agent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous property experience highly regarded
- Willingness to learn with a can‑do attitude
- Well‑presented and well‑spoken,
able to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Superior communication, time‑management and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Property, Economics, Finance or related field (preferred but not required)
