We’re seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.

You’ll play an important role in keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and team members. From sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to cleaning shelves, ovens, drains and other areas, you’ll make sure everything shines. You’ll also collect trolleys from the store and car park, rain or shine, helping create a great shopping experience for everyone.

About the Candidate

- Working both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
- A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
- A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
- A passion for working safely and abiding by Coles Safe work practices.
- The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
- To be active – you’ll be constantly on the go and may require some moderate to heavy lifting, reaching and pushing.




- Availability to work flexible schedule across our store trading days (including weekends) with shifts between 5am and 11pm, 7 days a week.
- Minimal experience required: you don’t need to have any experience, but if you’re enthusiastic, willing, have a great attitude and are a reliable human, you’ll make a great addition to our team.
