About the Role

Casual and permanent part‑time opportunities across South West Sydney & Southern Highlands delivering practical care to older adults in their homes. The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car, paid at $0.99 per kilometre plus paid travel time.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including assistance with showering and dressing; help with meal preparation and light housekeeping; transport clients to appointments and assist with shopping; assist with medication management; respond flexibly to changing client needs.

Qualifications

- Female applicants only, as per section 31(2h) of the Anti‑Discrimination Act 1977.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured, reliable car (minimum Third‑Party Property Insurance).
- Proficiency in multiple languages such as Spanish or Italian preferred.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support preferred; training provided for those not yet qualified.




- Previous experience in aged or community care desirable, though no experience is required.
