Drive day to day site operations in the successful delivery on a $3M Industrial project in Geelong on a 6-month contractual basis for reputable Tier 3 contractor.
Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate deliveries and suppliers
- Enforce and drive OH&S; measures and procedures
- Resolve any disputes that may arise on site
- Ensure the project is being delivered to program
Experience required
- Proven Site Manager experience delivering Commercial projects for Tier 1-3 headcontractor
- Industrial project experience heavily favorable
- Proficient with Procore and Aconex software ideal
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
