Bolton Clarke is seeking a Maintenance Officer to deliver general maintenance and repairs of buildings, fixtures and fittings across Homes and related structures. The role includes inspecting, coordinating contractors, and ensuring a protected, attractive environment for residents, staff and visitors.
The successful candidate will have hands-on building maintenance experience, at least two years in a similar role, plus contractor management and budgeting capabilities.
