Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is looking for a talented eCommerce Content Coordinator to join our vibrant team in South Melbourne.

What You'll Be Doing: The Core of Our Online Product Experience

You will be the vital link ensuring every product online is presented perfectly, connecting with our customers, and driving sales.

- Content Creation & Quality Control: Coordinate, create, maintain, and publish best-in-class product descriptions that are accurate, customer-friendly, and aligned with our brand's unique tone of voice .
- SEO & Data Enrichment: ‘Cleanse’ product data and craft persuasive, SEO-optimised copy to improve visibility and trading performance. You’ll be responsible for product data enrichment and ensuring all online product information is complete.
- Website Maintenance & Improvement: Coordinate and provide ongoing maintenance of online products, manage navigation categories, and proactively identify areas of improvement across the website (e.g., missing product attributes) to boost online trading.
- Process Efficiency:



Support the eCommerce Content Administrators with quality review checks, streamline content processes, and contribute to improving our overall online product quality.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Review customer feedback to find and action missed content opportunities, working closely with the Merchandise team.

What You'll Bring: Your Skills & Experience

You’re a detail-oriented problem-solver with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Experience: Proven experience in online retail in a similar role.
- Technical Know-How: Sound understanding of writing in HTML , Advanced Microsoft Excel skills , and a solid grasp of SEO principles .
- Content Prowess: Ability to produce creative, imaginative, and persuasive SEO copy . You are highly articulate with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Execution & Focus: Excellent attention to detail , proven time management skills , and the resilience to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Collaboration: Sound stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Analytical Drive: Demonstrated ability to analyse eCommerce data and provide deliverable recommendations for improvement .
