The Event Supervisor will support all experience and event requests held within Salesforce Tower Sydney. This position directly interacts with employees, executives, customers, partners and guests, working closely with the Event Coordinators and the Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) event and hospitality team to deliver best‑in‑class experiences that are uniquely Salesforce.
Responsibilities
The Event Supervisor is responsible for the operational excellence of the holistic guest experience, including but not limited to executive receptions, partner events, employee events and Salesforce ambiance on the Specialty floors and Employee floors within Salesforce Tower Sydney.
Key duties include:
- Ensure events are “next level” and follow logistical procedures, accounting for all factors to remain Salesforce compliant.
- Align and collaborate with multiple departments, vendors, contractors and agencies.
- Maintain and update team documents, scripts, canned Slack responses and playbooks for REWS.
- Pre‑, onsite and post‑event logistic management to ensure REWS adheres to all Health & Safety, Global Safety & Security policies with supporting documents for each event as required.
- Co‑manage event intake forms and correspondence with Internal Business Partners (IBP) and the REWS ticketing queue.
- Own assigned event tickets from end to end using the REWS ticketing system and run sheet.
- Manage Google calendar for internal event spaces across all Specialty and Employee floors in Salesforce Sydney Tower.
- Co‑manage external relationships (agencies, vendors) and work with internal teams to support direct efforts and successfully execute event programs.
- Assist with any reasonable request made by management.
- Provide availability during evenings, weekends and after hours on an as‑needed basis for event execution.
Required Skills / Experience
The ideal candidate has event management experience, excels at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrates strong attention to detail in event logistics, and possesses the ability to create and adhere to comprehensive timelines and checklists, ensuring smooth execution of live events.
