About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Stock Controller/Automotive Administrator to join our team. The chance to work in a fast paced environment will give the candidate the opportunity to show their organisational skills and communication skills. This role calls for someone who is confident and process driven - a role that the candidate can truly make their own.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining Vehicle Stock across multiple Vehicle Brands
- Manufacturer Incentives/Bonuses
- Communicating and assisting the Sales Team with sales processes and administration duties to ensure correct policies and procedures are being followed.
- New/Used vehicle registrations, transfers and disposals.




- Maintaining Vehicle Delivery Process and ensuring accuracy and timeliness is followed.
- Ensuring errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are resolved and addressed in a timely manner.

Qualifications And Experience

- Era/Pentana Experience is preferred but not essential
- History in Stock Control or similar role is highly desirable.
- A positive attitude
- Great Team Player
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Ability to preform under pressure.
