The Role

As Development Manager, you will play a key role in managing projects across the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and feasibility through to delivery and final outcomes.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage developments across all stages including acquisition, feasibility, planning, delivery, and settlement
- Prepare and oversee development feasibilities, financial modelling, and project budgets
- Coordinate planning processes, code amendments, and regulatory approvals
- Work closely with consultants, councils, and government agencies to drive outcomesManage risk, programme, and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects
- Support infrastructure delivery, civil works coordination, and development staging
- Identify and pursue new development opportunities aligned with strategic growth
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with commercial objectives and long-term community outcomes

The Like Mind

You will be an experienced Development Manager who is comfortable operating across complex and long-term projects, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver outcomes across all phases of development.

You will ideally have:

- Strong understanding of South Australian planning frameworks and approval pathways
- Proven capability in feasibility analysis, budgeting, and financial management
- Experience working across large-scale or staged developments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across councils, consultants, and delivery partners
- A collaborative, transparent, and solutions-focused approach
- A genuine interest in delivering developments that create long-term community value
