OffGrid WA / Sayers Electrical is looking for a motivated, fully qualified electrician to join our growing team.

We specialise in off-grid, hybrid solar and battery systems, delivering high-quality clean energy solutions across Western Australia. Our work ranges from residential and rural systems through to larger commercial and remote projects.

We’re not just looking for someone who can run cables. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to be part of a forward-thinking team, and understands where energy is heading in WA.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an electrician who wants to develop their skills in solar, battery storage, off-grid systems and emerging energy technology.

You’ll be working with a supportive team that values clean workmanship, safety, problem-solving and high-quality outcomes for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Installation of solar PV and battery systems, including residential, rural, grid-connected and off-grid projects
- Site inspections, system testing, commissioning and client handovers
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics of existing solar and battery systems
- Working with premium equipment including Selectronic, Victron, Fronius, Sigenergy and other leading brands
- Liaising with clients, team members and project managers
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard




- Supporting and mentoring apprentices on site where required

Requirements

- SAA accreditation highly regarded
- Battery and off-grid experience highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of current electrical standards and safe work practices
- Positive problem-solving and organisational skills
- Clean and tidy workmanship is essential
