The Ideal Candidate Must Have

- Demonstrated restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte dining setting
- Restaurant opening experience is advantageous but not essential
- Proven track record in leading a high performing team
- Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on crew development
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must possess a valid RSA certificate
- Qualification in Hospitality, Management or similar discipline
