Key Responsibilities

- Leading month‑end reporting, including preparation and review of management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis;
- Delivering insightful variance analysis and performance reporting to support commercial decision‑making;
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and financial policies;
- Supporting statutory reporting requirements and coordinating external audit activities;
- Developing financial models and providing ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives;
- Assisting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes in partnership with operational stakeholders;




- Driving process improvement across finance systems, reporting and controls;
- Partnering with senior leaders across the business to improve financial performance and accountability;
- Oversight of AR/AP

Qualifications

CPA qualified, you will ideally bring experience within the not‑for‑profit sector, coupled with industry experience in a commercially focused finance role. You will possess strong technical accounting capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven workplace.
