Are you looking for a hands‑on manufacturing role where you can develop practical skills and build a rewarding career? Our Specialty Products team in Eagle Farm is seeking a dedicated Process Worker to help craft aluminium castings and operate key production machinery.

What You’ll do

No previous experience needed; full training provided.

- Manufacture aluminium castings by pouring molten metal into cast iron dies
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure every product meets high standards
- Maintain die integrity by applying mould release and monitoring furnace levels
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently, working independently and as part of a team

About You

Tobe successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:





- Experience in foundry or metal casting environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically fit and able to handle hot and heavy materials safely
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Committed to health and safety practices
- Day or afternoon shifts available, work to suit your lifestyle!
