What you’ll do

- Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi‑year/packaged work for turnkey projects.
- Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets.
- Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients.
- Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
- Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team.
- Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and a cooperative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

About you

- Bachelor to Masters’ level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering)
- 5‑8 years industry experience in the Property and Building space within consulting.
- Commercial experience in Australia on local medium/large engineering projects is essential.
- Well versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector e.g. commercial, retail, defence, health,



education.
- Solid proficiency in all‑round structural engineering design including post‑tensioned concrete.
- Track record of effective cross‑discipline project delivery.
- The ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects.
- Naturally curious, passionate, adaptable & ready to do the kind of work the world needs.
