About the Role
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will deliver a world‑class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function and focuses on client and visitor service.
What You’ll Do
- First point of contact for all who enter the facility, greeting them with a friendly demeanor and issuing visitor and parking passes while following security protocols.
- Answer the telephone professionally and answer questions for various sized groups.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
- Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed and coordinate workplace services such as mail, office supply and onboarding.
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests and co‑workers, providing solutions in a professional customer‑service driven manner.
- Organise and manage on‑site events, including securing space, set‑up and tear‑down, and delivery of supplies.
- Follow property‑specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties to ensure safety.
- Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
- Explain detailed or complicated information within the team and follow specific directions from the manager.
- Execute clearly defined duties using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having limited discretion.
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Robust organisational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
