Overview

The Network are seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support a major ERP transformation program within a leading enterprise environment.

Contract to 31/10/2026 + possible extension

Location: Barangaroo, Sydney - hybrid

A security clearance is not required for this role.

Responsibilities

As a Program Analyst, you will support the successful delivery of a large-scale ERP program by coordinating project activities, maintaining key PMO registers, preparing governance reporting, tracking risks, issues and deliverables, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. You will work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers and cross-functional teams to help drive program success.

Qualifications

Must have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years' experience in program or project coordination, ideally within IT transformation, systems migration or large-scale technology programs.




- Experience maintaining PMO registers including RAID, Change Requests, Deliverables and Resource registers.
- Solid reporting and documentation skills with experience producing accurate governance reports and meeting artefacts.
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, PPM and Google Workspace.

Highly desirable:

- Experience supporting ERP implementations, cloud migrations or IT infrastructure programs.
- Knowledge of change management and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Retail industry experience.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
