You'll play a critical role in bridging business ambition with technical execution by partnering with stakeholders to identify high‑value use cases and turning them into scalable AI solutions.

Working across Digital and the business, you'll help embed AI into how we operate, delivering tangible outcomes while building long‑term capability.

What you’ll do

- Translate business problems into scalable AI and data solutions
- Lead the design and delivery of AI and analytics initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritise high‑impact use cases
- Guide technical approaches across data, models and platforms
- Drive adoption of AI solutions across teams and business units
- Ensure solutions align to governance, risk and best practice frameworks
- Work with vendors and partners to deliver robust, scalable outcomes
- Contribute to the strategic direction of AI and data capability

What you’ll bring

- Experience in AI, data, analytics or machine learning environments
- Ability to bridge business needs and technical delivery
- Experience delivering end‑to‑end solutions (from idea through to implementation)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability




- Commercial mindset – focused on outcomes and value delivery
- Technical capability across tools such as Python, SQL or modern AI platforms
- Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of rapidly evolving AI technologies
