A fast growing Managed Services Provider based in Brisbane QLD is seeking an IT Support Engineer L2 to join their expanding technical team. The organisation delivers end to end IT solutions across Networking, Security, Infrastructure and Microsoft Cloud to a diverse portfolio of small and medium sized customers!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Azure environments
- Support Azure migrations and modernisation projects
- Implement and manage Microsoft Intune
- Provide Level 2 cloud support and troubleshooting
- Work alongside networking engineers on integrated customer solutions
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement
Key Requirements
- 5 years experience working with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience within an MSP environment highly regarded
- Desire to grow technically and potentially into leadership
