About The Role
You will play a critical role in taking ownership of a complex digital transformation. This is an opportunity to lead an ERP transformation program, modernising our core legacy systems into a scalable, secure and flexible ecosystem built on Microsoft and Azure technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end program plan, including scope, schedule, budget and resourcing across Dynamics 365 F&O;, Azure integration, data migration and Power Platform workstreams.
- Establish and run program governance, including steering committees, delivery cadence, reporting and decision‑making forums.
- Act as the primary bridge between Technology, business owners, delivery partners and the Leadership Team to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Own and maintain the RAID process (risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies), proactively managing technical, data and organisational blockers through to resolution.
- Drive delivery across each release, including backlog and scope control, workplace readiness, SIT/UAT coordination, cutover rehearsal, go‑live and hypercare.
- Champion a product‑led approach, prioritising out‑of‑the‑box Microsoft capabilities and controlled configuration, with clear governance for any customisation to minimise technical debt.
- Manage delivery partners and vendors (e.g. systems integrators and ISVs), including delivery plans, quality controls, commercial oversight and deliverables acceptance.
- Partner with change, training and communications leads to drive readiness and adoption across impacted teams.
Background
To be considered for this role you should meet the following criteria.
About you
- 5+ years’ experience in Tech project or program delivery, including leading complex enterprise platforms through multiple releases.
- Must have: 2–3 end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 implementation cycles (e.g. discovery/design → build → SIT/UAT → cutover → hypercare), ideally in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Hands‑on experience managing data migration and legacy system decommissioning for ERP platforms.
- Nice‑to‑have experience with Dynamics and ERP ISVs such as Binary Stream, SKSoft and/or North52, and modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake).
- Strong understanding of Azure‑based integration patterns (APIs, event‑driven architectures, iPaaS), environments and release management practices (e.g. Azure DevOps).
- Comfortable working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, adapting approach to program phase and risk profile.
- Strong appreciation of the role of product, architecture, testing and change disciplines within large delivery programs.
- Current or recent Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) is well regarded.
Skills
- Microsoft Stack: Strong hands‑on familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Dynamics 365 F&O; and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
- Project Governance: Highly organised with experience using tools such as Jira to track progress and manage documentation
- Analytical Thinking: A proactive problem‑solver who can identify risks before they become issues
