- Own and manage the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time & Leave, and ServiceNow product roadmap.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Drive HR and Payroll transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements.
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, release planning, and delivery in an Agile environment.
- Lead testing, defect management, release readiness, and deployment activities.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, integrations, and third-party payroll solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of configuration specialists and analysts.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the bridge between HR, Payroll, and Technology teams.
- Extensive experience as a Product Owner, HR Systems Lead, Functional Consultant, or Senior Business Analyst within HR/Payroll technology.




- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience leading SaaS product delivery within Agile environments.
- Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, configuration, and release management.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Desirable

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.
- SAP SuccessFactors Time & Leave Certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow HR solutions.
- Payroll replication, schema processing, and payroll configuration experience.
- ABAP development knowledge.
- Experience working within large enterprise or global organisations.
