Position Summary

- Working full-time overnight shifts
- Anticipate and deliver on all overnight guest touchpoints
- In-room dining mis‑en place, delivery and tray collection
- Delivery of various requests to guest rooms
- Concierge services including porterage and valet parking
- Other guest experience services to ensure seamless service
- Supports the Night Manager in maintaining safety, security, and operational excellence

About You

- Experience with Infrasys and Opera hospitality systems or similar advantageous
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to elevate your career
- Self‑motivated, driven and energized in a quick‑paced environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can‑do attitude
- Hold a current Victoria Driver’s License, with the ability to confidently operate both manual and automatic vehicles
