Amherst Sushi in Western Australia seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations. You will supervise front- and back-of-house teams, coordinate with chefs, and maintain exceptional service, hygiene and food safety standards.

Ideally you bring 3+ years in a quick-paced hospitality setting, rostering and POS experience, strong leadership, and a genuine commitment to long-term full-time employment within the Amherst Sushi brand.
