$36.65 – $39.91 per hour + super. Pay is at least 5% above award rate.

Responsibilities

As a Goodstart Educator you will work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for children. You will ensure a safe, inclusive environment where every child thrives and feels valued, supporting the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and maintaining a collaborative, high‑quality early learning team.

You’ll Need

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.
