About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover and the defects liability period, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients while leading high-performing project teams.

Key responsibilities include:





- Managing all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completion
- Developing and maintaining project programs, budgets and procurement strategies
- Managing subcontractor engagement, contract administration and project reporting
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and project specifications
- Driving strong financial performance and project outcomes
- Maintaining a strong focus on WHS&E; compliance and risk management
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Leading, mentoring and developing project teams to achieve exceptional results

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- 3-5 years' experience delivering commercial fitout, refurbishment and construction projects as a Project Manager with a head contractor.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, buildability, risk management and safety requirements
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire high-performing project teams
