About the Role

As a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator, you will be the go‑to person for all things spare parts — from assisting customers and service agents with technical documentation, to processing orders, managing inventory, and building lasting relationships. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Support customers and service agents with spare parts manuals and technical resources
- Help identify and source correct spare parts via supplier portals
- Communicate professionally and efficiently via phone and email
- Keep customers informed of order statuses and delays

Sales & Business Development

- Work toward annual spare parts sales targets in collaboration with the team
- Process quotes, orders, and invoices with accuracy and speed
- Build strong relationships with end users, resellers, and contractors




- Collaborate with Marketing to promote spare parts and explore recent sales opportunities

Stock Management

- Assist in managing stock levels and conducting regular stock takes
- Order and receive spare parts into our service system
- Maintain supply of frequently used consumables for the service team

Teamwork & Communication

- Foster positive communication within the team and across departments
- Share customer feedback to help improve service and processes
- Be open to assisting in other service and parts areas as needed (training provided)
