A well-established boutique accounting firm based in Canning Vale is seeking an experienced and motivated Intermediate Accountant to join their close-knit team. Working closely with senior accountants and partners, you will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries while being supported in your professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
- Preparation of BAS, IAS, and other compliance obligations
- Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
- Liaising directly with clients regarding accounting and taxation matters
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Supporting senior team members with client management and ad hoc projects





About You

- 2-4 years’ experience within Australian public practice accounting
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Commerce
- Commenced or willing to commence CA/CPA studies
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting standards
- Experience using Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
