- Deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs tailored to children's individual and group needs
- Create warm, intentional and engaging interactions that support children's learning and wellbeing
- Work in line with the Child Secure Standards, National Quality Framework and approved curriculum frameworks
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Document children's learning and contribute to curriculum planning and delivery
- This is a permanent full-time position, offering stability,

About You

- Certificate III in Children's Services (or equivalent) recognised under relevant legislation
- Sound knowledge of Child Safe Standards and the National Quality Framework
- A genuine passion for early learning and child development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to manage your responsibilities collaboratively within a room team
- You will also hold (or be willing to obtain):
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid Level 2 & CPR
- Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management certificates
