About the role

We’re looking for a trade-qualified light vehicle mechanic who is keen to broaden their skills beyond automotive and step into the agricultural machinery industry.

You’ll support servicing, repairs, pre‑delivery, machinery preparation and general workshop operations working alongside experienced Heavy Diesel technicians.

- Assist with servicing, repairs, pre‑delivery and preparation of agricultural machinery
- Gain exposure to heavy diesel, hydraulics, electrical systems and John Deere equipment
- Support machine demonstrations, customer deliveries and seasonal workshop requirements
- Maintain accurate job records, tools, equipment and secure work practices
- Contribute to a positive team culture and strong customer service experience

About you

- Trade-qualified light vehicle mechanic, automotive technician or similar
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in ag machinery or heavy diesel
- Willingness to learn, ask questions and build new technical skills
- Current driver’s licence; MR, HR or forklift licence highly regarded
- Reliable, safety-conscious and customer focused
- Full working rights in Australia
