About The Company

My client is an established and highly respected residential builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering quality homes and multi-residential developments across NSW. Known for their strong systems, supportive leadership and commitment to developing their people, they offer an environment where Construction Supervisors are set up for success. Due to continued growth, they are seeking two Construction Supervisors to join their team, with opportunities available in both Rouse Hill and Kellyville.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Supervisor looking to gain further exposure to multi-residential construction while working alongside an experienced Senior Supervisor. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day construction of townhouse projects, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Supervising the construction of multi-residential townhouse projects from commencement through to handover
- Managing trades, subcontractors and suppliers on site
- Monitoring construction programs and ensuring project milestones are achieved
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
- Liaising with clients, trades and internal stakeholders throughout the build process




- Resolving on-site issues efficiently to minimise delays
- Ensuring projects are completed within budget and company quality standards
- Maintaining accurate site documentation and reporting

About You

You are an experienced residential Construction Supervisor who enjoys delivering quality projects and building robust relationships with trades and clients. You're eager to continue developing your career within a supportive team and are looking for an opportunity to gain further exposure to multi-residential construction.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor within volume home building or multi-residential construction
- Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of residential construction practices and Australian building standards
- A trade background (Carpentry) will be highly regarded
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction or a Bachelor of Construction Management is highly regarded
- A strong commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction
- Current Driver's Licence
