The JPL Group, including Prouds the Jewellers, Angus & Coote and Goldmark, is seeking an experienced Senior Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT team in NSW. You will manage second level support and help drive improvements across stores, state offices, and head office.
Reporting to Group Service Delivery Manager, you will work with NZ Infrastructure team, maintain IT infrastructure, vendor relationships, and contribute to disaster recovery planning; solid communication and teamwork are essential.
