Your New Role

Due to continued project wins, CV Services is excited to announce we are searching for an Electrical Project Manager and / or high-performing Electrical Supervisors ready to take the next step into Project Management.

Working across commercial electrical projects, you'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You'll oversee projects from planning through to completion while coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an established Project Manager looking for a stronger culture and career prospects, or a Supervisor seeking a structured pathway into project delivery and management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial and industrial electrical projects
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and resources
- Monitor project budgets, forecasting, variations, labour and cost control
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, industry standards, and quality systems
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive project performance, scheduling, and successful project outcomes
- Support project planning, reporting, and resource allocation

What You'll Need To Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Electrical trade qualification




- Experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Supervisor within commercial environments
- Project Management experience, or a strong supervisory background with leadership experience
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations and construction projects
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, variations, and project delivery requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS requirements
- Full Australian working rights
