This is a field-based sales role where you'll be out meeting business owners and decision makers face-to-face, showcasing products, helping them discover solutions and closing sales.

Responsibilities include;-

- Face to face field sales meeting with business owners and decision makers
- Identifying,



prospecting and converting new business opportunities
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customer base
- Managing sales pipeline with daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue KPIs
- Problem-Solving Solutions - Understand customer needs and offer innovative solutions that address their industry-specific challenges

To be successful you will possess;-

- Minimum of 3 years of B2B solution selling experience (Chemical background would be ideal but not essential)
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Customer-Focused Communication. You engage confidently with business owners and decision-makers, explain solutions clearly, and build lasting, trust-based relationships
- Full time availability with willingness to travel
- A positive attitude, strong self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- A current and valid Driver's Licence and your own motor vehicle essential
