Your next career opportunity

In this Senior Learning Adjustments Adviser role, you will ensure students can participate equitably in their studies. You will provide specialist advice, coordinate tangible supports, and shape best practice disability services across the University.

What you will deliver

- Assess student applications and documentation to determine eligibility and design appropriate Academic Adjustment Plans and exam arrangements.
- Coordinate learning adjustment supports, including assistive technologies, accessible formatting, and Academic Support Workers’ tasks, rostering and development.
- Manage complex student cases through triage, outreach and referrals, collaborating with faculties and wellbeing services across campuses.
- Maintain accurate case notes and records in CRM and student systems, ensuring privacy compliance and transparent asset tracking.
- Drive service improvement by supporting evaluation frameworks, updating communications, and contributing to induction and staff training programs.

You may be a excellent fit if you

- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in social work, disability, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate substantial experience in disability and equity services, including applying legislation to support equitable participation.
- Bring advanced skills in writing and maintaining case notes within complex CRM or student information systems.
- Coordinate workflows effectively, managing competing priorities, enquiry channels, and service delivery across busy peak periods.
- Apply knowledge of equity cohorts, student wellbeing issues,



and accessible learning adjustments in a tertiary context.
- Collaborate confidently with diverse stakeholders, including faculties and external disability providers, to deliver high-quality support.
