Salary & Incentives

10% government-funded wage increase now, 15% in December. Earn up to $2000 through the Refer & Earn Incentive. Childcare discounts are available.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or currently working towards it or another ECE qualification)
- Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) for VIC

Ideal to have

- Child Protection Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- 2–3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector
