About the role

Due to a growing portfolio of work, they are now looking for a commercial, senior legal counsel. This is a highly visible role where you will partner closely with the business across the full project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include

- Advising on procurement strategies and tender submissions
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on major construction contracts
- Providing front-end legal support across infrastructure projects
- Supporting project delivery teams through contract administration matters




- Partnering with senior operational stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes
- Assisting with precedent development and continuous improvement initiatives across the legal function

About you

This role will suit someone who is looking for a proactive, commercially focussed role where they can make a genuine contribution, be strategic and impacful.

The successful individual will possess:

- Minimum of 7 years PQE
- Strong front-end construction experience
- Commercial and strategic acumen which you’ve used to influence and deliver results
- Proactive, solution focussed and pragmatic mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
