Projects range from $1M–$20M and span premium workplace, corporate and commercial environments across Melbourne.

The Role

- Manage commercial D&C; fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Monitor project budgets, programmes and procurement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

About You

- Experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Minimum 5 years' experience within commercial fit out for a D&C; builder
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach with excellent commercial awareness
