About the Role
HBF Dental Floreat is booming - and we need 3 experienced Dental Assistants to join our fantastic team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something exciting: Join a growing, high-performing centre with a genuinely great team culture. Availability required: Minimum 3 days per week. Monday and Wednesday essential. Flexibility on remaining days. Standard clinic hours within 8:00am - 6:00pm.
What You'll Be Doing
- Chairside assisting across a range of general and specialist dental procedures
- Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
- Supporting reception duties during some shifts, including patient check-in and appointment coordination
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments to a high standard
- Working closely with dentists to ensure efficient, smooth-running clinical days
- Delivering a positive, professional experience for every patient
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
- Confident across chairside,
sterilisation and some reception duties
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
- Reliable and adaptable, with flexibility across rostered days
- Hepatitis B immunisation clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
