InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is seeking a Casual Reservations Agent to join our team in Queensland, Australia. You will be one of the first points of contact for guests, contributing to memorable stays by handling inquiries, reservations and related services with warmth and professionalism.

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will help maximise occupancy, room revenue and guest satisfaction. This role offers adaptable casual hours and opportunities for growth within IHG’s global brand.
