Program Overview

Starting salary of $80,000 (inclusive of superannuation).
About the Opportunity
Working within our Strategy & Architecture division, you will gain exposure to solution design, delivery, testing and infrastructure activities, while building a broad understanding of RACV’s technology environment and wider business operations.
Throughout the program, you will:
- Support solution design, build an understanding of RACV’s business lines and processes, and develop knowledge of the Solutions Architect role that helps inform sound business decisions.
- Collaborate with Delivery Teams to support the implementation of business requirements, undertake testing activities in development environments, and assist with the deployment of production‑ready code.
- Configure infrastructure devices and support day‑to‑day Infrastructure & Network operations.
What you’ll need to be successful
We're looking for graduates who are curious, eager to learn and excited to build their career in a supportive and purpose‑driven environment.
To be considered for the program, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Digital Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Digital Technology,
or a related field.
- To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years.
- Curiosity and a genuine commitment to learning and developing yourself.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of the digital technology landscape.
- Resilience and a positive approach when navigating new challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving skills and an ability to generate practical solutions.
- A valid driver's licence (successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV resorts across Victoria).
