Supporting a key Furnishings category, you will play a critical role in driving sales, profitability and inventory performance through data-driven planning and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales, stock and inventory plans to achieve category objectives
- Provide forecasting, reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Manage inventory performance, replenishment and markdown strategies
- Partner closely with Buying, Supply Chain and key stakeholders to drive category performance
- Support seasonal reviews and identify opportunities to maximise sales and profitability
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years' experience in Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning or a similar planning function
- Solid forecasting, inventory management and analytical capabilityAdvanced Excel skills and confidence interpreting data and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within large-format, big-box or high-volume retail environments highly regarded
