As we expand our business, we are searching for a Sales Coordinator to be part of our Sales blueprint.

What You’ll Be Doing

Data & Reporting

- Build and maintain sales trackers, performance dashboards, and retailer reporting tools
- Analyse sales data across global retail accounts to surface insights and trends
- Track retailer e‑commerce presence and flag opportunities or risks
- Conduct competitor analysis to support strategic planning

Retail Support & Coordination

- Support the Global Sales Manager across day‑to‑day account coordination and key retailer communications.
- Assist in the preparation of retailer presentations, range reviews, and business reviews




- Attend retailer meetings, capturing key actions, decisions, and follow‑ups to support effective account management.
- Maintain global retail drives, folders, and asset libraries

Content & Presentations

- Build and maintain PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
- Design and update retail fact sheets and sell‑in materials
- Brief and manage timelines across internal teams using Asana

Who We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years’ experience in a sales coordination, account support, or wholesale administration role
- Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and building reporting tools from scratch are second nature to you
- Confident in PowerPoint and able to build polished, professional presentations
- Experienced with Asana or similar project management tools
- A genuine team player who’s proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced small business environment
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods is a big bonus but not essential!
