We're looking for a passionate IT Recruiter who is ready to take the next step in their People & Culture career. Working across national recruitment, you'll partner with leaders to recruit high‑calibre consultants across Digital Transformation, Data Intelligence and corporate support functions.

Working alongside and being mentored by the People & Culture Manager, you'll gain hands‑on exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, culture, performance, learning and development, wellbeing and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for national consulting roles, delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pools across key consulting capabilities, developing strong relationships with high‑quality candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies that attract exceptional talent.
- Support the employee lifecycle through onboarding, probation, employee engagement initiatives, Career Conversations and culture programs.
- Manage Bailey Abbott's contractor workforce, including contracts, extensions, renewals, rate tracking, and workforce reporting.
- Act as the local People & Culture representative in Perth, supporting employees,
workplace experience and office operations while contributing to a positive and engaging culture.
- Provide first‑level People & Culture support, assisting with employment documentation, HR administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and support health, safety and wellbeing initiatives, including participation in the WHS Committee and delivery of employee wellbeing programs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end recruitment within IT, technology, consulting or professional services.
- Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns and partnering with leaders to attract high‑quality talent.
- A genuine interest in developing a broader career in People & Culture and learning across the full employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates, employees and leaders.
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a quick‑paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, be coached and contribute to a positive, high‑performing People & Culture team.
