The Role
Our client is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, friendly lawyer with legal knowledge of the Australian Workplace Relations setting.
Responsibilities
- Employment and workplace relations and/or industrial relations, or a similar field
- Interpreting and providing advice in respect of relevant state and federal employment and industrial relations legislation, modern awards and contracts
- Developing and maintaining effective, professional internal and external working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Working co-operatively in a small team environment with tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Legal qualification
- 2–5+ years experience in a similar employment advisory role
- Previous experience providing workplace relations advice (essential)
