Marketing & Digital Operations Coordinator

Permanent Part-Time | Darwin, NT

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing & Digital Operations Coordinator to manage marketing activities across four hospitality and retail businesses.

This role is suitable for someone who can manage social media, delivery-platform accounts, promotional materials, performance reporting and marketing campaigns for both existing and newly opening businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Business profiles.

- Create and schedule posts, stories, videos and promotions.

- Manage Uber Eats and other delivery-platform accounts.

- Update menus, prices, photos, opening hours and promotions.

- Review online sales, customer feedback and platform performance.

- Design flyers, pamphlets, posters, menus and digital advertisements.

- Develop monthly marketing plans for each business.

- Plan and manage new-business opening campaigns.

- Coordinate photography, videos, influencers and local partnerships.

- Manage paid advertising through Meta and Google.

- Prepare monthly marketing and performance reports.

- Ensure branding and business information remain consistent across all platforms.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in marketing,



digital marketing or social media.

- Experience managing multiple business accounts.

- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Canva.

- Experience with Uber Eats or other food-delivery platforms is preferred.

- Ability to understand sales and marketing statistics.

- Robust communication, organisation and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Hospitality, restaurant, café or retail experience is highly desirable.

Employment Details

- Permanent part-time position.

- Approximately 22–25 hours per week.

- Flexible working days may be available.

- Some travel between business locations will be required.

- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events and new-business openings.

- Salary will depend on experience, plus superannuation.
