The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year HVAC & Refrigeration Apprentices to join our growing team in Darwin, Northern Territory .

With multiple positions available, this is an excellent opportunity to continue your apprenticeship while developing your skills alongside experienced technicians across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites.

You’ll gain valuable hands‑on experience working on a variety of air conditioning, refrigeration and mechanical systems while building the knowledge and practical skills needed for a successful long‑term career in the HVAC and refrigeration industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist with the installation, service and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems

- Work alongside qualified technicians on commercial and industrial sites

- Diagnose faults and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues

- Learn industry best practices and technical procedures

- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards





- Contribute to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service

- Complete required training and apprenticeship competencies

What You’ll Bring

- Currently undertaking a 1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprenticeship

- A genuine passion for the HVAC and refrigeration industry

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Good communication and problem‑solving skills

- Current driver's licence or the ability to obtain one

- White Card

- Positive attitude and commitment to safety

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment

- Full Australian working rights

Bonus Points For

- Previous experience in a trade or construction environment

- Additional industry tickets or certifications

- Basic hand tool experience

- Robust mechanical aptitude
