Job Description

To support the adoption, evolution, and maintenance of the QualityEngineering capability within a group of business units, to maximize agility,accelerate test automation adoption, and unlock efficiencies.

Work Experience-

- At least 15 years’ experience inthe automation, development and testing fields.

- At least 8 years senior or managerial ITexperience, as an Engineering Manager or Delivery Manager of digital productsin an agile environment, with experience delivering large programs of work,including operation support.

- Demonstrated experience in implementingtechnical solutions in large scale, complex and distributed environments.





- Advanced understanding of all aspects ofthe technology’s broader operational environment (i.e., processes, procedures,associated toolsets, operating systems, etc.).

- Strong Manual and Automated testingexperience, including demonstrated success with implementing AutomatedTesting solutions

- Experience with the agiledevelopment process and developing code in alignment with coding standardsand business processes.

- Demonstrated experience managingautomated testing, both in terms of process and tools (e.g., MicrofocusALM, Jira, Microsoft Test Manager, etc.)

- Demonstrated experience withcreating Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development(TDD) test automation frameworks compatible with diverse technologystacks.

- Demonstrated design and developmentexperience with testing aspects of DevOps including IaC for continuoustesting purposes using tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins or AzureDevOps.

- Demonstrateddesign and development experience with GenAI for test use cases(preferably with OpenAI and LangChain4J).

- Solidunderstanding of engineering principles, products, and services in ahybrid cloud workplace, with a technical background.

- A proven track record in peoplemanagement and experience in building and leading teams
